Our Story.

Supporting Each Other - the belief at the heart of everything we do.

Susan founded the business after gaining valuable experience working in a specialist setting within a school, where she recognised a significant gap in disability support services - particularly the need for support outside of school hours and for school leavers within rural communities. With a background in psychiatric services and a deep passion for helping others, Susan was driven by the idea of creating a service that truly supports individuals and their families. Her core belief was simple: “Supporting each other.” This became the foundation of the business.

What began as a side job slowly grew into something much larger. Susan took the leap from her full-time role in the specialist setting to focus entirely on her business. Through hard work, determination, and a genuine love for helping others, she built what is now a thriving company with multiple divisions and a wide range of services to support the person-centred approach with respect and dignity.

Since its establishment in 2017, the business has grown and flourished, expanding from its initial vision into a vibrant, dedicated team. Today, our program house is based in Avoca, Victoria, and we proudly offer our services throughout the Pyrenees, Northern Grampians, and now Ballarat. Susan’s commitment to supporting not only the individuals she supports but also their families and wider support networks remains at the heart of everything we do.

What guides everything we do

Person-Centred

Your goals. Your choices. Your life. We build everything around what matters to you.

Community-Driven

We're locals supporting locals. We know these communities because we're part of them.

Dignity & Respect

We treat every participant with the same care and respect we'd want for our own family.

What is a disability?

A disability can be one or more of the following: physical, intellectual, psychiatric, sensory, neurological and learning disabilities. It is any condition of the body or mind that makes it more difficult for the person with the condition to do certain activities and interact with the world around them.

Our vision is to personalise our services to create an inclusive, respectful world to ensure growth and development. We empower people with confidence, choice and opportunity to be the best now and in the future.
